All levels of yogis are welcome as modifications will be offered. As always go at your own pace. This class will flow through postures at comfortable pace adding in balancing postures, back bends and core strengthening. Focusing on proper alignment, engaging your muscles while holding poses, flexibility, mobility, stability while moving mindfully with breath.

Flow Vinyasa at Life Time is a fast paced class with linked poses and fun music. Rooted in breath it will offer a steady continuous stream of movement until the end and offers that single pointed focus… the feeling of being “in the zone.” After working thru a segment with me as your guide you will have time to explore each sequence at your own pace and breath. You must be a member of Life Time to attend and please message me if interested in trying out a day at the facility or need assistance signing up!

Sol Yoga offers a perfect blend of Vinyasa flow with Ashtanga power yoga. The space is warm but not hot. It is a medium paced, fully guided class. You must be a member of Life Time Fitness to attend. Please message me if interested in trying out a day at the facility or need assistance signing up!

Private Yoga offers the convenience of training at your location or mine and coordinated around your busy schedule. Together, we will define your health goals and create a specific and relevant practice for you.

Or, grab your partner or friend for semi-private lessons with up to 3 people. This personalized experience can help you build strength, flexibility and balance, as well as find your breath, better alignment and mental clarity. My goal is to inspire and guide my students to implement practices and mindset to feel amazing on every level!
