Private Yoga offers the convenience of training at your location or mine and coordinated around your busy schedule. Together, we will define your health goals and create a specific and relevant practice for you. Or, grab your partner or friend for semi-private lessons with up to 3 people. This personalized experience can help you build strength, flexibility and balance, as well as find your breath, better alignment and mental clarity. My goal is to inspire and guide my students to implement practices and mindset to feel amazing on every level!
My classes draw from a variety of Yoga styles including, Hatha, Kundalini and TriYoga. My approach stems from respect and gratitude for the transformational power of these yogic practices, my experience and training as a neuro-muscular therapist. Some classes hold poses, others flow freely. My focus is always on cultivating awareness of breath and alignment.
